Can someone help me with this?

Guys as you know I am on the other side of the planet and as a result any time I need to deal with anyone in the US I have to ring in the middle of the night, I bought a chiropractic table off a company in Lawrence Kansas in October of last year and one of the parts is faulty, I have emailed them and have had no reply and the numbers I have to call are not working.

As far as I am aware they are a decent company and I think I am just having trouble getting in touch with them.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to try their toll free number 1800 532 6337 and see if they are still in business, all I need to know is if they are still trading so I can keep trying to contact them.

Just called them and as soon as I said " a friend in Australia", they knew it was you and said that they sent you an email last week but never received a reply. But they are going to send your mechlok out to you this week.
