Thanks for the great write up! Its very important that all riders know the basics of what to do if there is a downed rider. It isnt all that complicated, but most people just dont think about how to handle a bad situation ahead of time. I need to find another one of those "do not remove my helmet unless I am unconciouse and not breathing" stickers to put on my helmet. It also had a spot for emergency contacts/medical information.... anyone seen these stickers around? A friend gave me one a long time ago... but that helmet has long sence been trashed.

I found out that if a person is to be transported and has a neck injury that is visible u must use your hands as a brace but as u lock your hands cant let go if u do and he dies--big problems for u.
is that true.
