completely blead existing fuel mixture and replaced with completely new mixture, checked sparkplug (good), cleaned air filter. still no power at full throttle, yet i get proper amm't at start up and half throttle???? PLEASE HELP!!!

To slove your problem just adjust the rich and lean needle located on the carb. On the X1 super pocket bike the needle is located in the middle of the carb.

make sure you don't have the choke on.

i too had this problem. on top of the carb is the throttle you will see a black peice of plastic with a small circular peice of metal holding your throttle cable in. what i did was sprayed wd40 down into the plastic element and wiggled the throttle back and forth and now my throttle doesn't stick wide open anymore. guess it just needed some lube as it's been fine ever since.
