wanting to make a chain gard for my Cat eye, the rear sproket one, any suggestions and tips please ? need help ... like what material ? mearsurements ? etc, please help me out..

Aluminum, since its light & easy to work with. Sounds like a custom piece so size & stuff would be up to you.

Why have a chain gaurd for the rear sprocket?

i seen ppl do it n it looks nice.. plus my shoe lace got caught one time :)
how would i make a curve bit on the end or ? just like a 90 angle piece ?

you can bend the 90 degree peice but the bends are cut and re-welded and smoothed

I might say find a junk cr50, pw80 or something like that and just steal the plastic one....
