Hah Hah. As of those ratty-tat-tat two stroke 90 yeard vespas are "DOT" legal. Most likely in name only....
I don't really care what is on the road as long as it does not run into me. I personally consider a Cell phone wielding Mom/Dad driving a Three-ton (6000lb) SUV a heck of a lot more dangerous than a pocketbike.
