I never knew Keith. But I can tell he was well-loved, a kind and helpful man and a true ambassador for our sport. May God bless you Keith and give your family strength in their time of grief.

My first post...

Our sport is so sad sometimes. If an accident like this can happen to him, it surely can happen to any of us!

RIP, fellow rider.

WOW...

After reading all the posts I have only one thing to say - perhaps the greatest compliment one can pay to another...

"Some day I hope to be like him"

All of these posts are a testiment to a life lived as it should be. May his example inspire all of us in the lives we live.

To the family goes my thoughts, prayers, and well wishes in this tragic time. I feel exceedingly lucky to have gotten out of my accident with only a shattered ankle. I hope that before I heal - you heal.

Beyond that... it is difficult to know what to say. So many emotions flow through us in times like this...

As the season is now upon us I would like to take the opportunity to remember one of the greats and to remind every one to ride safe and “don’t be a jerk”.

I never had the chance to meet him but I've heard a lot of great things from friends of mine. Here are a couple pics from a ride last summer. RIP

I do too Matt. Thanks for reposting the link.

I hope he knows how much he's missed and how much we're all trying to follow his example. Be safe and have fun this season!

Some wounds heal slowly.

Some wounds never heal.

It will be 18 months tomorrow, but seeing this thread on the top again brought the tears back to my eyes as if it were that Sunday morning.

Cherish your friends and your family.
May their numbers increase.

Don't be a jerk.
