Must be a month for steeling bikes.. Check this shit out!! About 4 weeks ago I sold my old bike to this kid... We rode a few times and talk here and there when he passes by in the neighborhood... Well, yesterday I talked to him and was surprised to find out that he got his bike stolen...

Story was, he went to a party and the cops ended up getting called.. Well he went to jail that night for a under age P.I. When he got out the next day he went back to get his bike and it was gone.. Well a week passed and he never did anything.. Not even make a police report.. So me feeling pity for him got the number of everyone at the party and started calling people.. I prob. made about 50-70 calls today.. I’m not going to describe the conversations that I had because most of them were very violent calls.. I just don't have good patients.. Well turn out I had 1 person that I talked to, call the kid that got his bike stolen and said they wanted to meet in private!! Well earlier today, me and that person had some very violent words, so I figured it was a setup.. I told him not to go alone because it was possibly a setup for them to beat him up I told him to just wait till I got home and we would go together!!! Well the kid went without me and luckily the other party came alone... Ends up, the individual spilled EVERYTHING.. Told who stole it, where it was, said it hasn't moved all week.. The guy was even nice enough to tell the victim kid that the guy that has it, set a girl on fire, beat an "Attempted Murder" charge, and is VERY violent and dangerous.. Whether or not it’s true I don't know or care... The kid has not filed a police report yet so I told him FIRST thing tomorrow go down to the Police Station, fill out a police report and tell them everything... I tried to tell him the longer he waits the better chance the bike gets moved again!!! Also to top it off he had a couple other people text message him staying they know what happen to the bike... Anyways he's going down tomorrow to get it done.. Let’s hope he gets his bike back in the same condition it was when they picked it up and threw it in the back of the truck and stole it!!! Ill keep you guys updated tomorrow on what happens!!!

WOW!! That does suck. Hopefully they can take action against the guy that stole it in the first place.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

That does suck, but you did warn him. That's almost his own fault. He knew where it was, had he gone straight to the police he would've had a better chance of getting it back in better condition. I wouldn't wish a stolen bike on even my worst enemy, but if you just outright won't do anything about it after knowing where it is, you get what you get. And also after you helped hin out like that!

Motivate777 knows how we handle those situations here in the Deep South. Every thing in Mississippi is small town enough, given a few months, you will find out who did it... next thing you know... someone comes up missing.... last I heard they were headed to a pig farm in the Delta.... (in a refrigerator car, next to a chainsaw). And the peeps down in Florida,... hey... you guys have it made.... you don't need the chainsaw or the piggys.

This post is over a year old! Lol

Here's a question...

If you get a bike stolen and make an insurance claim, then isn't it technically the insurance companies bike now? So even if the cops did find it and it was good to go or whatever, you'd have to buy it back from the insurance company.
