I am pretty sure, judging from comments from those who saw it and the mess in my garage, that the throttle stuck open on the front straight. I couldnt get it shut down before the turn came up. Low sided and hit the tire wall face first. I havent messed with the throttle yet but I do have a 1/5 throttle insert in the bike and imagine this to be the source of the throttle sticking. when I can get some work on the bike I will know for sure. The throttle was still stuck open when I put it in the garage but I got it to release by playing with it. So I don't think its a cable problem.

Is shortens the travel in the throttle so it takes less wrist movement to go full throttle.
