Wiring For Mini Chopper

I just got a mini chopper from a guy and the wiring was all messed up. It has an electric starter and it was not even hooked up. I need help wiring it up does anyone have a wiring diagram? What is the little box with the red, yellow, black wires going into it? A converter? HELP!!

do you have a pic of the bike ,it will help a lot to figure which wiring help you need
