IMO much more than an image thing, is the sheer price of a harley. They should be competing on price more with the 4 big imports and their cruiser offerings. Today’s riders are more money conscious and dont want to spend that kind of coin.

Looks like someone creamed a rider here on Walnut in Tigard. Paramedics were working on him in the ditch 10 mins ago.

Apologies to anyone who was trying to access the site on Tuesday between 6am and 4pm pacific time. I moved the servers to a new physical location, and despite careful effort to schedule the timing precisely, my service provider still screwed up and cut my connection about 7 hours earlier than anticipated.

As a result, the forum was offline while I waited and waited for the tech to show up a the new place to heat up the line.

A lot of people seem to not realize this, and those new fangled pedestrial crossing signals aren’t exactly intuitive either, but when those red lights go from steady-red to flashing red, you are free to go providing that the crosswalk is clear.

For us bikers sitting there in the sun and no AC on a hot summer day, moving sooner than later is preferred!!
