Well I had a somewhat wet and cold solo ride through the gorge and up into the foothills of Mt Adams lol!

the heart of the route from BZ corner through Klickitat was dry and excellent, but cold, road conditions. However, I made a miscalculation on my fuel levels and had to dial down the pace to conserve gas until I could get to Klickitat which was the next available fuel stop.

@okaive LOL - she’s got a baby-face … definitely looks a lot younger than she is. Unfortunately for me - I’ve always looked a lot older than I am. We’re only about 10 years apart.

Ah. I have a 2012 ZX10R, and by default the bike does the exact same thing. Thankfully I had the ECU flashed which allowed the bike to remember the last setting so mine is always off. Granted on the lowest setting it didn’t intervene much even though I’m a very spirited rider. However, the bike remembering to keep the TC off is probably the best thing that came from the flash.

@tlfreek I always liked TL’s. I had a few at one time, a nice resto mod with the shock and front end swap…unfortunately now anything with remotely clean oem bodywork is overpriced or simply nonexistent.

@doc_rock you still live over near trout river or do the new years rides? garage zero did some wheelie wednesdays for a while. jax scene has some young bloods coming in it seems, tampa and orlando have decent turnouts.

Yeah, I bailed out of all social media platforms. Got tired of constantly dragging my lower jaw around on the ground, agape at the rampant idiocy everywhere. Watching friends unfriend other friends (lifelong friends) based solely on their political opinions…it’s just unbelievable to me.

Done with social media … it truly is the devil’s notebook.

Not inconvenienced…we should make it FUN to get there. Let’s hold it at Skyline Tavern!!

its been over 15 years since I found the SB.WS crew. I miss the days of having multiple rides to choose from every weekend (always choose where Roger was riding too lol!) and awesome people to ride with. Life moves on I guess…
